Opening:

In the opening to the show Magic Star is shown as a flying pegasus instead of an Earth pony.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt 1:

Reeka's voice comes out of Draggle's mouth when Hedia sends the girls out to capture the ponies who are on their way to flutter valley.

Peach Blossom's voice comes out of Honeysuckle's mouth when she worries that something might have happened to the little ponies.

Rosedust is seen flying with the Flutter ponies even though she later dissapears.
During the entire scene where the Flutter ponies rescue the little ponies from the witches the Flutter ponies involoved keep switching. It starts off with Morning Glory, Peach Blossom, Honeysuckle, and Rosedust. This switches to: Honeysuckle, Morning Glory, Peach Blossom, and Forget-me-not. Which then switches to: Lily, Honeysuckle, Forget-me-not and then back to: Honeysuckle, Morning Glory, Peach Blossom, Forget-me-not.

Cupcake drops the cake and her chin squashes it. The cake then disappears for a while until Cupcake presents the remains of it to Rosedust! Also, how did the pink strawberry cake suddenly become a chocolate cake?

Reeka's voice comes out of Draggles mouth while they watch Rosedust's speech from the cliffs nearby.

The size and shape of the sunstone changes throughout the End of Flutter Valley series.

During 'From the Sun' and Rosedust's speech, Sweet Stuff can be seen sitting in the crowd and playing with the others even though she wasn't seen earlier on the trip to Flutter Valley. Baby Sundance appears in place of Baby Cuddles in the 'From the Sun' dance scene.

While Cupcake juggles bushwoolies a second Cupcake head can be seen nearby.

Through out the entire My Little Pony series the bushwoolies sleeves change. Sometimes they have multicolored stripes and other times they have normal fur colored arms.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt2:

Wishful's usually purple feet turn blue while the yellow Bushwoolies hands and feet have turned purple.

The paintings in background during Hedia's song are still blank in this scene even though the family the scene before had just returned to them.

Why is Reeka carrying a fish icycle and where does it go? It disappears when Dragle climbs the frozen tree trying to get Bumble some red clover flowers.

The two Furbobs on the bridge are shown as pink in this scene.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt3:

After Cupcake asks Baby Cuddles what happened to her leg, Baby Cuddles responds, "Dunno, can't walk." But cupcake's mouth is moving instead of Baby Cuddles's mouth.

When Wishful wishes for an apple Fizzy begins saying "Gosh, Wishful that's incredible…" but her mouth is full of apple… so how can she be speaking?

Rosedust's voice comes out of Honeysuckle's mouth while explaining the one chance the Flutter ponies have of excaping Bumble's honeycomb prison. Also two different voices come out of Peach Blossom's mouth.

The End Of Flutter Valley - prt4:

At the end of prt3 look how badly honey-coated poor Morning Glory is. How then at the beginning of prt4 does she manage to get her wings free?

The blue Furbob's voice comes out of the pink Furbob's mouth while trapped by the Stonebacks.

While running from the Stonebacks Fizzy briefly turns into a unipeg and the cart with Baby Cuddles on it suddenly only needs two ponies to carry it.

Once the group make it into the apple tree, Furbobia, Baby Cuddles can suddenly walk and run without pain! Then Baby Cuddles is once again shown on the cart that the ponies didn't even bother to bring inside.

At the beginning of "Nature's In Harmony" song, the wide shot of the Furbobs across the river - the Furbobs are jerking around and flashing different colors if you look closely. Also during this song, the blue Furbob's mouth keeps flashing on and off, and a lock of his hair keeps flashing pink.

Aqua Furbob suddenly gets a yellow beard.

Reeka and Dragle have green eyes for the final scene of prt4.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt5

How is it Sting can't fly if he flys to cut the branches of the tree Morning Glory's cage is in?

When Morning Glory asks Sting, "Whats wrong?" the words come out of Sting's mouth.

At the start of the "Stretch Yourself" song, Morning Glory appears to have left the cage (but is really hiding at the very top). However, there's a full shot of the cage and Morning Glory isn't in there! The camera suddenly zooms in to hide the top of the cage... it's as if they realized the mistake and tried to correct it, too late!

The royal jacket that gets burned to the crisp when the sunstone sets Bumbleland on fire is suddenly intact and Bumble is wearing it again when she takes the lead of the swarm and flies away to let the fire burn itself out.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt6

Look closely at this scene... does Bumble have pit stain?

Morning Glory can be seen in the group of Flutter ponies who escape Bumble's honycomb even though she flew off with Sting.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt7

In the last episode the bull had Morning Glory and Sting trapped in the barn, but in the beginning of this episode the bull is suddenly outside.

Thomas - I just wanted to add my thoughts on the blooper in "The End of Flutter Valley Part 7", where the bull has Sting and Morning Glory trapped inside the barn. On the normal TV broadcasts, episode 6 ends as they shout "MEGAN!". However, on the MLP & Friends version, it continues a couple more seconds as it says To Be Continued...During this time, the bull seems to charge towards the screen as it fades to black. It's perfectly possible the bull missed Sting and Morning Glory, turned round and is ready to have another charge as episode 7 opens.

How does Draggle get unpurpled if she doesn't go to the Volcano of Gloom with the others?

Morning Glory can be seen digging the hole with the other Flutter ponies even though she is supposed to be with Megan and Sting.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt8

Buttons voice heard coming out of Surprise's mouth while trying to escape the net.

Morning Glory's voice heard coming from Honeysuckle's mouth when she says, "I thought he was with you," in reference to the missing Furbob who doesn't want to hop down into a hole filled with Stonebacks.

The End of Flutter Vallery - prt9

The size of the hole changes through out the episodes.

Gusty's voice comes from Rosedust's mouth when she says, "Come on, let's fill up the hole."

During the "Imagine We Were Friends" song, a Furbob keeps changing color from green to pink as he goes to the right side of the picture.

The End of Flutter Valley - prt10

When the witches block out the sun Lickety Split, Shady, and Sundance can be seen in the background

During the final "From The Sun" song, a flower suddenly changes from white to yellow as it grows.
