The Glitter Ponies had opalescent, shiny tinsel in their hair.

The Glitter Ponies were one of the first groups of ponies made for this new 'My Little Pony' release. They had tinsel in their hair. Each pony came with a brush, charm, ribbon, and 2 pony points.

	Minty is light mint green, with a pink mane, pink and white tail, and pearly tinsel in her hair. Her symbol is pink, white, and light aqua mints. Her eyes are purple with a dark pink streak and a small pink dot. Her hoof heart is pink. She came with a green brush and charm. Backcard Story: Minty
	Sparkleworks is orange with pink hair and pearly tinsel. Her eyes are blue with a light blue streak and a pink star. Her symbol is light blue, red, yellow, and white sparklers and fireworks. Her hoof heart is red. She came with an orange charm and brush. Backcard Story: Sparkleworks
	Pinkie Pie is dark pink with light pink hair and and pearly tinsel. Her eyes are blue with a lighter blue streak and a pink heart. Her symbol is yellow and blue balloons with confetti. Her hoof heart is blue. She came with a pink charm and brush. Backcard Story: Pinkie Pie
	Kimono is purple with darker purple hair and pearly tinsel. Her eyes are green with a lighter green streak and a pink heart. Her symbol is two purple, white, and yellow paper lanterns. Her hoof heart is yellow. She came with a purple charm and brush. Backcard Story: Kimono

Like the new Rainbow Celebration ponies this set of Glitter ponies had two new ponies and two old favorites.

	Sparkleworks has been reissued in a new pose! She is orange with pink hair and pearly tinsel. Her eyes are blue with a light blue streak and a pink star. Her symbol is light blue, red, yellow, and white sparklers and fireworks. But, this cutie mark is on the opposite side from her original version. Her hoof heart is red. 	Strawberry Swirl is white with pink hair and opalescent tinsel. Her hoof heart is red. Her eyes are purple with a pink streak and a small green heart.
