Starswirl, Starcatcher, and Butterscotch are shown on Manufacturers website - JP Toys as samples they can make for the Companies who order them, but so far no company has placed an order.

These ponies will probabally never be produced becuase they have to follow want Hasbro wants to focus on and right now Hasbro is interested in narrowing the pony world to a "core 7" number of ponies.
