My Little Pony
This set of six ponies each came with ribbon, brush, and round puffy sticker with their picture on it. With the four new ponies two older ponies were re-released. They were Applejack and Bow Tie.

Applejack is a orange pony with yellow hair. Her eyes are green. Her symbol is a grouping of apples. She is unique in that she is one of only two adult ponies in the USA to have freckles.

Bow Tie is a blue pony with pink hair. Her symbol is a grouping of pink bows. Her eyes are purple. She is unique in that she is one of only two adult ponies in the USA to have freckles.

Lickety-split has a pink body and lighter pink hair. Her eyes are purple. Her marking is a grouping of melting ice cream cones.

Posey is yellow with pink hair. Her eyes are green. The symbol she wears is a grouping of pink and green flowers.

Tootsie is a pony with a bright green body, light blue hair, and eyes. Her symbol is five pink and white lollipops.

Unicorn & Pegasus
More Unicorns & Pegasus were released this year. Joining this new batch of ponies were Glory, Firefly, Medley, and Moondancer from last year. These new ponies still had glitter as their symbols and the unicorns still had a streak of different colored hair in their manes. Each pony came with a brush/comb, ribbon, and round scented puffy sticker with their likeness on it.

Glory is a white unicorn with purple hair and a blue streak in her mane. She has blue eyes. The symbol she wears is a purple and silver shooting star.

Firefly is a pink bodied Pegasus with blue hair and eyes. Her two blue lightning bolts are her symbol.

Medley is an all green pony with blue eyes. Her symbol is a group of sparkly music notes.

Moondancer has red hair with a purple streak in her mane. Her eyes are blue and her body is white. Her symbol is a silver moon surrounded by red stars.

Heart Throb is a light pink bodied pony with dark pink hair and light blue eyes. Her symbol is pink hearts with silver wing.

Surprise is a white pony with bright yellow hair. She has purple eyes and a symbol made up of glittery purple balloons.

Sparkler is light blue with purple hair and eyes. Her mane has a streak of red in it. Her symbol is a grouping of sparkly blue diamonds.

Rainbow Ponies
This year's Rainbow Ponies decided to mix it up a bit. Although they still had glittery symbols the rainbow colors of their hair were changed. The new colors were melon, pink, aqua, and bright yellow/chartreuse. Some ponies from last year joined this set as well. They were Parasol, Moonstone, Starshine, and Windy. Each pony came with a shooting star rainbow picture brush, ribbon, and a puffy sticker.

Parasol is a pink/tan pony with rainbow hair in the pink, yellow, green, and blue pattern. She has four blue and pink umbrellas on her rump. She has purple eyes.

Moonstone has pink eyes. Her body is a light blue color. Her symbol is made up of blue and silver planets, one of them Saturn-shaped.

Trickles has green eyes and a yellow body. Her symbol is three red watering cans pouring out drops of silver water.

Starflower has a blue body and green eyes. Her symbol is five magenta stars.
In Hasbro drawings her symbol is often shown as having flower petals around the stars but the real pony's symbol lacks these.

Pinwheel is pink with blue eyes. Her symbol is four golden pinwheels with purple sticks.

Flutterbye is orange with purple eyes. She has four glittery pink butterflies as her symbol.

Of these ponies Trickles, Confetti, Pinwheel, and Flutterbye were re-released as mail order ponies in later years.

 

Megan and Sundance
These two were sold together in a package. Megan came with the dress she wore in the "Escape From Catrina" movie. Sundance came with a pink bridle.

Megan Has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her dress is white with pink trim. She wore pink shoes, white panties, and a pink ribbon for her hair.
Sundance is a blue eyed white pony with pink hair. Her symbol is a unique grouping of hearts and dots.

Baby Pony
The first baby ponies were released to stores in this year. These babies always resemble their mother. Each Baby Pony came with an assortment of toys. There were bigger toys like a rocker or playpen. There were also smaller toys like a stacking toy, a duck pull toy, a bib, a necklace that has 'Baby' written on it, a heart-printed pad, and one white diaper in a box. These babies came with some of these toys, but not all of them. They always came with a baby bottle, brush, ribbon, and a puffy round sticker.

Baby Moondancer has a white body with light purple eyes. Her hair is light pink with a light purple streak in her mane. Her symbol is glittery pink stars and a moon.
She came with a purple rocker, duck pull toy, bib with purple trim, and bottle with purple trim.

Baby Cotton Candy has a pink body and lighter pink hair. Her eyes are purple. The symbol she wears is a grouping of white dots.

Baby Blossom is pale purple with purple eyes. Her hair is white. Her symbol is three white flowers.
Baby Blossom came with an aqua rocker, a bib with aqua trim, pink and white ID necklace, bottle with green trim, and a rattle with a white top and bright pink handle.

These Baby Ponies were later re-released as mail order ponies, only they had a new look. They had a shimmer to their bodies and they were called Baby Pearlized Ponies.

 

Sea Ponies
These Sea Ponies were the last Adults produced. After this date the Baby Sea Ponies took over the limelight. All of the Sea Ponies came with a seashell that attached to the bathtub by suction cup, shell brush/comb, hair ribbon, and a round puffy sticker. New to these Sea Ponies was a different shell design and some of these Sea Ponies had a streak of different colored hair in their manes.

Sea Mist is white bodied. Her hair is red and has a pink streak in it. Her eyes are magenta while her fin tips are pink.

Baby Sea Ponies
These Baby Sea Ponies were the first of their kind and end up replacing their parents the Sea Ponies. Each Baby Sea Pony came with its own float, ribbon, and probably a puffy sticker.

Tiny Bubbles is light blue with yellow hair and fin tips. Her eyes are blue. She came with a yellow and orange duck float.

Backstroke is dark pink bodied. She has gold hair, turquoise eyes, and orange fin tips. The float she came with was an aqua fish float with orange trim.
