Onegai Teacher

In this Game Boy Color video game if you look to the right of the cookie loving Hamster in the Sunflower Market area you will see boxes of chocolate pocky.
Midori no Hibi

In episode 15 of Get Backers Mido Ban is fed pocky by a gang of imaginary girls.
Rozen Maiden
In a episode 5 of this series the gang gets into a big fight over Hina Ichigo's stolen strawberry. She and Jun barricade themselves in the upstairs stairwell while Suisei Seki and Shinku barricade themselves on the first floor with the kitchen. Then they taunt the others upstairs by eating pocky.
